Each member is responsible for forming their own team, and as a team, you will support and help each other in your marijuana-growing journey. You will attend conferences where you will receive training from experts in the cannabis industry. At the conferences, you may receive loaner lights to start your cannabis cultivation and participate in projects and contests to earn gifts.
Once your team is formed, you will attend another conference where you will receive new lights and gifts. Throughout the process, Dayton Hydro will test new techniques and lights to ensure the best possible results. As the group progresses, the goal is to obtain commercial licenses, warehouses for cultivation and manufacturing, and dispensaries for selling the produced marijuana.
Members of Dayton Hydro will have opportunities for job positions within the organization, starting with manufacturing and running the distribution center. As you build your initial team, you will have the opportunity to start another grow room for a friend or relative. Bonuses, prizes, and rewards will be given to members on their journey, and once you have five groups under you, you become a silent partner and receive monthly bonuses.
Members can also earn a percentage of retail product sales based on the number of groups they have under them. Additionally, Dayton Hydro offers auto-ship packages of nutrients, soils, hydroponic supplies, etc.
It is important to note that Dayton Hydro will not sell marijuana unless they obtain the necessary permits for their own dispensaries. Members are required to follow Ohio laws and are allowed to keep everythingj they grow.
The program also includes monthly contests, such as the bud of the month, highest yield with one or twelve plants, and most new members signed up. Members can also submit their inventions, and if the group decides to manufacture and patent the idea, the inventor will receive profit sharing.
Privacy is taken seriously, and members will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. Meetings will mostly be held online using platforms like Zoom or Google Meets, with privacy features available to protect identities.
